Large events can be tricky, but with the IML event in a box for large one day events you’ll have everything you need to make it easy and effective including:

• Event manager to handle all details of your event production and execution
• Technical director
• Audio engineer
• Audio control board
• Two redundant computers to provide PowerPoint/Video support
• 10,000 Lumen Projector + stand
• Rear or front (depending on venue space) 10.5 x 14’ projection screen with draped surround
• Podium with microphone
• 2 – hands-free lavaliere microphones
• Basic light Kit
• Public address sound system if house sound is not available or adequate at the venue
• Cables and connections

Each boxed solution is flexible. You may add additional assets to meet your needs or remove items you don't need. We'll adjust the cost accordingly.
